Wow. It's been a while. Life has changed pretty significantly since I last wrote. I have no desire to bore you with little details so here's an overview.
I moved Halloween weekend.
I got a job at a bakery to supplement my job at Old Navy.
I worked a million hours. Was working 14+ hours/day between Thanksgiving and New Year's.
January 4 I was hired as the executive assistant for the President/Owner of a small, well-established landscape design firm.
I LOVE my job.
I hate Maryland politics/regulations. (The permitting process in my county is unreal. More on that later.)
I think I'll give it 2-3 years and then head to Texas where, I hear, taxes etc are much more...less.
And that's the long and short of it. I'll write the longer of it later. Maybe. :-)
